Sindhu came in half way through the Credit + Underwriting discovery at BOI UK. Her primary responsibility was to produce the Golden Thread artefact. This was at times extremely challenging as Sindhu had not been engaged from the start so was learning about the use case, pain points and opportunities in retrospect. Made more difficult due to some challenging stakeholders. Sindhu persisted and came through with a solid Golden thread which sold it's own value to a traditional client. Well done and thank you for all your hard work.
